Desert Rose House is a secluded beachfront property on the 5-acre Monticello Estate. It is perched directly over one of the most beautiful beaches on the Island, famous for the unbelievable pink sand and turquoise water.

Enjoy fantastic views looking at the Atlantic Ocean. The big beach Tiki Hut and the deck are a unique opportunity to enjoy the paradise from really close. Cool breezes, crystal waters, the Palmetto trees, and miles-long beaches are what you will experience staying at Monticello – Desert Rose House.

Desert Rose House is a two-bedroom, one-bath cottage. The master bedroom has a king bed and an additional room has a twin bunk bed. All rooms have separate ceiling fans and air conditioners. The living room has a big sofa as well as a Satellite TV, DVD Player and stereo. The house has a separate laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.

The cottage is ideal for 2-4 guests, but we can accommodate larger groups as well. Please see Monticello – Garden of Light.

  • Check-in: 3:00 PM / Check-out: 11:00 AM
  • Max occupancy: 4 adults
  • 5 Night Minimum Stay
  • No smoking
  • No pets
  • Children allowed
  • Parties/events allowed
  • Long Term Renters Welcome
  • The refundable damage deposit is $500 and it is due 30 days prior to the arrival date.
