Description
Enjoy fantastic views looking at the Atlantic Ocean. The big beach Tiki Hut and the deck are a unique opportunity to enjoy the paradise from really close. Cool breezes, crystal waters, the Palmetto trees, and miles-long beaches are what you will experience staying at Monticello – Desert Rose.
Desert Rose is a two-bedroom, one-bath cottage. The master bedroom has a king bed and an additional room has a twin bunk bed. All rooms have separate ceiling fans and air conditioners. The living room has a big sofa as well as a Satellite TV, DVD Player and stereo. The house has a separate laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
The cottage is ideal for 2-4 guests, but we can accommodate larger groups as well. Please see Monticello – Garden of Light.

Owner’s Cancellation Policy
100% refund if cancelled at least 60 days before arrival date.
No refund if you cancel less than 60 days before arrival date.

- Rates are based on 2 guests.
- There is a $100 cleaning fee.
- Additional guest $280/wk.
